Oh, yes the physio works! After seriously tearing my rotater cup in a fall, I was left with an arm that had only a couple inches of movement and lots of pain. Ankita started slow, and with steadily increasingly challenging exercises and lot of enthusiastic encouragement I can raise my arm high enough to put in eye drops and hold the steering wheel. And, not in constant pain! That in 7 weeks. If I can keep doing my work part at home I do believe we can get the 90% improvement goal Ankita has set! Big THANK YOU!

Ankita (Anky), the physiotherapist who treated me, is well informed, thorough, patient and encouraging. I found her to be the perfect combination of professional and friendly. After only a few sessions, I am already feeling better, and I've learned a great deal about how to improve my strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Anky and Jay have my gratitude and my recommendation.
