I love going to Redstone in St. George! They have so many great vinegars. The last time I stopped in, Vera was so wonderful in helping me select some new flavors. Highly recommend.
John DeRosa and staff are absolutely amazing! John has his “ Oil Sensory Evaluation Certification “ from UC Davis Olive Center, Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science. John is a master of olive oil science, taste, flavor, processing, world olive oil markets, farming, freshness, chemistry, and more. He has a love of knowledge, and a willingness to share with all who just take time to listen and learn.
I love everything about Redstone! The quality of all their products has truly blown me away and now I can't buy vinegar or olive oil from anywhere else! I have been shopping for around a year with Redstone. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Any of the vinegars are great! My favorites being peach, denissimo, or lemon. Tuscan Herb infused olive oil if to die for. On that note, you will probably die without Redstone, so get on it. You truly can't go wrong with any of their products, no joke!
A gift pack was received for Christmas and i loved it. At the store, Vera was very helpful identifying oils that would compliment various meals I had planned. So many choices!
Dang, they’re asking for tips now - at a retail store. **edited to respond - every credit card transaction asks for a tip on the screen. Is that not accurate? So... retail expects tipping? This is the first time i've seen this in a retail store. I'm kind of shocked you're defending asking for tips and guarantee you're turning off a lot of your customers.
