Hey Wynn is great! He can make financial matters easy to understand. He took a lot of the mystery and fancy lingo and put it in a clear and understandable way for me to be able to feel comfortable and confident in my investments. Highly recommend! What Wynn gives you is dedication, compassion, and he cares about you! Wynn is a trustworthy guy in a business of sharks.
Absolutely horrible customer service. They tried get me to change my routing number of my bank that I use to make payments on my lian. After many calls I have to pay an extra $9 every month to make payments with my debit card. Every call to customer service ends with me hanging up due to them repeatedly saying with strange accent " I cannot understand what you are saying ". Also, customer service reps sound like they are in extremely loud bar with partying and laughter in background.
I've known and worked with Winn and the folks at Redstone for over a year now and have been consistently impressed with the professionalism, due diligence, and nonjudgemental attitude they bring to their work. I never have to worry about getting a slap on the wrist or a lecture about being off track. Winn meets you where you're at and helps you at your own pace.
