Since the rennovations have been completed at my branch of RFCU, (Lawson's Ridge & HWY 72) I see more employees - the tellers and the officers. Everyone is welcoming. If they know your name, they'll say it....Hello, Ms Proctor....what can we do for you today? I like going in. I never use the drive up. It's great service and I like to thank them in person. We've been a member of this bank for a couple months before we moved here, ten years ago. They made our transition so easy.
Awful, Just awful. Waited for over thirty minutes to be seen and t hey pulled THREE people ahead of me. Went I went to the counter to complain, they just said yeah they may be pulling people ahead of your for car loans since they take longer. Offer no recourse or correction. Just a half-hearted oh yeah so sorry, that's unfortunate. I've banked here for twenty years and over and over they have had ZERO customer service. Guess I'm the idiot who doesn't change banks. Probably will after this TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
