Redstone has absolutely gone to hell... ATM machines kick check deposits back... The mobile app used to handle accounts is messed up and has been for months, and cant do transfers between your personal accounts, thebfact its been like that for months tells me they have no intentions to address the issue or fix it... To add to the dysfunctional institute, even the web site for Redstone is unavailable most the time to do anything... So you are forced to go inside the branch (during business hours) to achieve anything...
Kyle was great!! He helped me as soon as I walked in!! Was in and out in 5 minutes!
