Zero stars. Very Disappointed – Worst Bank Experience in Smyrna This is the second time I have had a terrible experience at the Redstone branch in Smyrna. Once again, the employees told me that they could not help me or that what I was requesting was not possible. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE!!! Absolute worst BANK known to man. Never open. And if you have a debit card they shut it down for absolutely no reason if you make any charge that they think is suspicious including Uber, Lyft, Airbnb, and some utility companies. Also it's an automated system they can't turn off. Spread the word, Redstone is bad.
Guys don’t fall for the promo reward. it’s literally a false promotion!
Their intro promo is a scam. You will be charged for an account and never get the $ even if you comply with the fine print.
