i’m about to switch to regions bank at this point. redstone has seriously pushed me to my limit after using them for so many years. I always have trouble with my card literally being unlocked but when I tried to withdraw at the bank, it says transaction blocked because my card is apparently locked knowing full well it isn’t. IM LITERALLY LOOKING AT IT SAYING UNLOCKED! they constantly take random fees out of my account and they also stole $75 out of my account and put it into my husband‘s account even though my account is not... read more
Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. ATMs never work and can’t read your brand new debit card, forcing you to have to go inside to do withdrawals/deposits and having to wait until business hours to do so. Mobile app constantly goes down and accounts aren’t accessible. All around a very inconvenient experience. No sense of urgency with staff and no resolutions. Closed my accounts and membership with RFCU and wish I did it sooner.
