I have been with a credit union for years. My previous credit Union was sold a bigger company and it lost the The personalized feeling that a smaller credit Union had I felt lost in the bunch. I previously moved to a new area Madison and Athens area enjoined Redstone. I have that personalized feeling back at this credit union. Everyone is so kind and helpful the services or or top notch. Had the best experience at this RFCU. I went in to finish up a loan. Jessica B. helped to complete the process . She was friendly, professional & knowledgeable. She also went above & beyond to answer additional questions about other products the credit union had to offer. She took her time to explain everything to me & I left there completely satisfied with the loan.
