As a lifer JP Morgan Chase guy, I have to say that it was an incredibly refreshing experience using Redstone Bank for a recent home purchase. Dave Kochenberger's customer service was absolutely off the charts. Navigating a few small hiccups and being incredibly communicative through the whole process.
