We have purchased the smaller scooters and some how they got water damage to the batteries on the inside, and instead of supplying us with new batteries he said the batteries were expensive and we might as well buy a new scooter, he gave us a deal- buy one get one for free if he gets to take back the other two. I have been to your store twice during the Christmas holidays . Each time was a non holiday day. Each time the store was closed as tighter as tight can be. No notice of when you are closed over the holidays. Just a long distance phone number that I have to pay for, not knowing if I am getting a recorded message or a human being.
