Bought new Volt E-scooter about 3 months back. I ensured that I would be able to have my tires fixed here as I had issues with my old scooters tires. I've been trying to contact them the past 2-3 weeks by calling the number almost daily and never get a response and no reply to my voicemail or email I sent. So I went in to the shop and explained I needed both tires replaced, but apparently they can't fix them(not what I was originally told). I give it just 2 stars cuz the ebike is great and the clerks seem nice but the lack of 3 stars goes to the fact they dont sell batteries, which i believe is their tactic to make ppl buy a new ebike. Its a total rip n my advice would b to go to a more popular chain
Like the new e-scooter.. be back soon for the 2nd one
