I can't say enough about Red's Bike Shop. Don and Tammy and the staff are excellent. I went in with an idea of what I was looking for, and after a conversation with Don he had me on the right bike for my needs. I have come to know and trust them enough that my wife purchased a bike for herself, and I recently purchased a second bike! I like to always tell people... "Red's won't just sell you a bike, they'll sell you the right bike for you!"
Purchased a Giant ebike from Reds in February of 2026. Sales and service were very good to deal with. They told me if I had any warranty claims to go through them. Well, after riding off and on for 3 months, the battery would not charge. Called them up and was asked to bring bike in. After two minutes in the shop, they said the battery charger was faulty and they would handle the warranty claim. Loaded bike back up and went back into shop. Reds Bike Shop is amazing! It clear how knowledgeable they are and how much they care about biking. Theres no pressure and they make sure the customers are treated with respect and an unbeatable level of customer service. I traveled almost 4 hrs and I will not be going to any other bike shop . These guys are the best ! Go check em out !
Drove all the way from Hinton to get a bike from these guys. I would 100% make the trip again! The staff were super knowledgeable and friendly. the prices were more than fair and I felt informed on the purchase I was making. These guys made sure that I was leaving with a bike I'd be happy with long-term. I'm glad I made the drive and I'll be telling everyone I know to come here! I was so freaking happy with the experience I gave a review here and on Facebook. That should tell you all you need to know!
