Came in with very little movement in my neck and back. I had beth do some work and came out with alot more movement the next day i woke up with loads of movement. Couldn't be happier booked in again to finish it off.

I can highly recommend Redruth massage & movement clinic! Heather has helped me to quickly recover from a shoulder injury and is now helping me to reduce long term joint pain in the hip. Heather is incredibly knowledgeable, has excellent people skills and is simply brilliant at what she does. She goes above and beyond for her clients. 100% recommended
My first consultation with Heather was very thorough and she wanted to understand the physical and psychological issues to then provide a treatment plan . She is very professional and able to identify the problem and treat it . I would not hesitate to recommend Heather and have felt the rewards of her treatment and on going plan , immediately having an effect on the issues I went to her for treatment in the first place .
