Super awesome store!! Ms. Julie helped us out and even special ordered my husbands favorite flavor of One Tanks! We love coming to these stores, all of their staff is wonderful and very helpful! Come check them out!!
Best customer service they always got fresh wraps their vapes arent faulty . Best smoke shop around for sure.

Terrible customer service. Guy working at night was rude and acted like he was doing me a favor for getting up out of his chair and helping me. Tried to talk to the manager about him in the morning and she defended him, shunned me, and said they didn’t need my business. A manager should listen to both sides and especially hear the customer out. There are plenty other vape shops. Don’t go here.
This guy working at Red Rum has terrible customer service. Just plays on his phone and act like you are an inconvenience. I get 10% military discount, and been going there getting it for awhile. He said my stuff was fake and he doesn’t do discounts. Then I paid with a 20 and he asked if I had something smaller, like what a 10? Zero stars. This guy is dragging yall down.
