Recently had a site visit to see our new house after 'first fix'. Mark showed us around and gave us so much information and help in understanding how the house infrastructure and its cabling and plumbing were installed. We also had a chance to confirm that all our relevant choices had been started or catered for. A really useful and enjoyable visit - Thank You.
We were Kingsbourn's (Henhull) first inhabitants 5 years ago. Just love our house 🏠. Will be pleased when all houses are completed and the JCB's have moved on.
Given we turned up for our appointment and nobody was there! The appointment was confirmed and we even had a reminder email. Our visit to your Customer Experience Suite was a total waste of time. Not a good customer experience.
