Horrible customer service. Ordered “In Stock” item on 6 December and 7 weeks later still had not received item or follow up after multiple emails and messages to them. After finally getting confronted on Etsy from separate account the issued refund saying item was no longer in stock (Even though it’s still listed as in stock on Etsy and their website). My product never arrived, emailed Laurie on the 12th and have had no response. Claim was filed with UPS to be reimbursed. Wished that Red posie had contacted me to assist in tracking the item. Hoping it is only a mistake and money is refunded, or better the product is delivered.
Good place to find paint and even some eclectic items (ex. jigsaw puzzles, soap) for the DIY'er. Friendly people, have gotten items from them a number of times.
I recently purchased an order of DIY paint and am very pleased with how fast I received the order and it was packed so well! It was a pleasure to do business with Redposie and I will definitely do business with again! A+++ Thank you!!!!
