Redner’s Joppatowne store advertised half bushel of steamed crabs as a weekend special for $95. We ordered them by phone for $95. When we arrived they said it was $118. It was a “mistake” on the internet. The manager refused to honor their advertised price. He did refund our money. If they advertise one price and then suddenly increase it, does not seem an honest business practice.
Jack the store director was very rude when he was paged to answer a question I had about a product. He asked why he was paged and he did not handle my question. It could have been a bad day for him however taking it out on me was so unprofessional thus I will never shop at this redners agian. Anyone else have similar experiences with him?
