Might want to check before coming in, it says they open at 8am on the door but online says 9am well it's currently 9:30am and it's not open, no one around!!!

This place was GREAT when it was still Redneck Trailer Supply. But Dexter bought them out and KILLED their customer service for retail customers. It took two weeks to get in touch with someone to place an order. Was told it would be ready in 3-4 weeks and I would get a call. 4 weeks passed and nothing. Finally I call (no answers) and email. Two more days pass and finally I get word that my axle "just arrived and was ready for pickup". What a coincidence!
