Pleasant, knowledge, good pricing, and they had the part. What more can you ask for!
This place was GREAT when it was still Redneck Trailer Supply. But Dexter bought them out and KILLED their customer service for retail customers. It took two weeks to get in touch with someone to place an order. Was told it would be ready in 3-4 weeks and I would get a call. 4 weeks passed and nothing. Finally I call (no answers) and email. Two more days pass and finally I get word that my axle "just arrived and was ready for pickup". What a coincidence! I just picked the axle up, and compared to every other axle in the yard... read more

Absolutely terrible customer service!! Can't get a hold of anyone on the phone to order an axle did get a half a reply out of someone from email. Been trying to get an axle ordered for 4 weeks....
Over 30 minutes to pick up wheel bearing seals and I was the only person In the store. Had a copy of the Dexter axle sticker.... Should have been an easy quick in and out. Now at 45 minutes just to pay for the product. This place is a disorganized joke of a circus. I am also Disappointed that all of the RV / camper trailer supplies are all gone. It used to be a great local resource.... welcome back to Amazon.....
