At this point I would never shop or recommend red monkey sports. I ordered a chair for my kayak and only received half of the order. I complained and they kept asking me to send a picture of what was missing, which I did after that I didn’t hear from them again. I have tried several times to contact them, but no one answers their phone and respond to my emails. At this point, maybe somebody could help me so that I could get my whole order or get my money back. I had included a picture of half the order.

Fantastic customer service. I placed an order and when delivered, the helmet was defective. I sent an email and within hours received a call from Michael, who walked me through next steps to resolve the problem. He worked with the company (Kask) and I had a new helmet in a few days. Truly a pleasure to feel supported - and I love working with "local" shops. Veteran-owned, clearly wonderful staff!
Great shop and a wonderful addition to the parker cycling community. Had a basic tune up done. Great work, quick and reasonably priced. You should check the store out!
I had some derailleur issues on my mountain bike after a run-in with a rock, and Red Monkey got me taken care of super quickly and it shifts like a dream now, better than before the rock! Mike took time to answer other questions of mine and even offered to let me take a spin on his MTB to get the feel of a coil shock. I think I've found my new go-to for repairs and future upgrades, thank you Red Monkey!
