Five years ago my cousin and I took our elderly Aunty to Redmond Hale Simpson to get her POA, will etc set up. Everything went very smoothly over the couple sessions we spent there. Haven't had to contact them since then, but just yesterday - a Sunday - I emailed them a question, and got an answer within a couple of hours. Wouldn’t expect that would happen every Sunday, but I was impressed.
A big thank you to Olivia and Dan , from our initial first phone call to our signing day today these guys along with their team were professional, knowledgeable and approachable, the quick responses to our emails were very much appreciated, would not have got this far without you guys , Cheers 🍺
I recently had the pleasure of working with Dan, Tina and the team for a recent property purchase and the team were all absolutely amazing especially as a first home buyer, cannot recommend them enough. The patience and professionalism definitely shows as they are more than happy to assist and support with anything that came to mind and I cannot thank them enough
Updated my Will and setup Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship. The team was great special mention to Olivia. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Communication and follow-up was exceptional.
