While my father-in-law was there, the care and respect Ina, Charmaine and Tim showed our family was above and beyond. The home is warm, loving and comfortable. The Best Place Ever! When Auntie went to Redmond Elderly Care, she was very frightened. The staff (Ina) was amazing in accepting Auntie’s frightened state of mind, and with their calm care, and patience she came to love her new home. She soon discovered the care providers and other residents were her new friends. We visited her weekly and we were always met with a welcoming staff member. I am thankful we found Redmond Elderly Care. Ina & staff provided my sister with the personalized care that fit her specific medical needs during her last days with terminal cancer. When an issue arose that needed to be addressed, Ina was always prompt in communicating with me. The home has a comfortable atmosphere and was spotless at all times. In addition, meals are cooked on site daily (smelled great)! I highly recommend this AFH to anyone looking for options for competent, compassionate care for their loved one.

This is an amazing home. My mom spent her final 1.5 years and the level of care and compassion Ina and her staff provide is phenomenal. They were able to provide everything my mother needed in her final stages of Parkinson's, including working with hospice in the end. Even the hospice workers commented on how well she was taken care of and how good the home is.
