Have bought 2 bedroom sets and several other pieces of furniture from Redman's. Always happy with the customer service and delivery.
I have purchased two quality chairs from Redman's. When I needed help with one, customer service was right there to help. I didn't have any problems with shipping at all. The chair was setting there ready, wrapped in plastic, for pick- up on time.
Best customer service I've ever received from a furniture establishment. Super friendly and very helpful! When we went through our fire they were there to help and recomened things with no strings attached! They helped us make our loss list and didn't pressure us to come buy from them. This was the worst experience ever. Found out from other locals they have been treated the same way by this establishment. The customer service is horrible. We were told we would get our delivery when we get it and told we couldn't have our money back. Something that was suppose to take 10 days has turned into over 3 weeks with no end in sight.
We purchased two new matrices from this place. We were told delivery would be in less than 10 days. It has now been 22 days, still no beds. When we called to find out about delivery, the staff was rude and condescending to my wife calling her "Hun" like she was an idiot. When I called I was told I would have to deal with it. I was told that they did not care about me as a customer and that I could not get a refund! I have never been so insulted by a retailer. I will never walk in to a redmans furniture again.
