We had a perfect experience with Redman. Price was lower than anyone else. They loaded and unloaded extremely quick and everything was done early. I have no idea where these 1 Star reviews come from. We had Stu as a driver. Ask for him and it’s a lock to be top quality. We moved from Utah to California too so it wasn’t a simple move.

Terrible experience with Redman's choice of moving partner. Driver took off with all our new packing cloths that we'd specifically reminded them to leave behind, took money directly to pack things that then arrived damaged and weren't covered, hid damage to a $1,000 lamp by putting it in the garage behind boxes on delivery, and never delivered the base to our expensive imported patio table. Then the North American Van Lines refused to take responsibility for anything.

Briefly: they were late arriving, stood around a lot, had other people's things in their truck when they arrived, had no desire to accomplish the task at hand. I'd say that's not a good characteristic for a moving company! See my review on "yelp.com" for a full description. Don't use Redman Van and Storage...period!
