Wouldn’t use anyone or anywhere else! I have used Roy for multiple sales and purchases and the level of service is top notch. Response rate is second to none. For someone as impatient as me this make the process much easier!
Roy Dougan is a gentleman, and very efficient at his job. I have used Roy twice now, firstly for Co-ownership in 2020, and in 2025 to purchase the property outright. I have always found Roy to be professional, efficient and a decent guy. I have always had prompt communication and updates outlining the process and timeline involved. I doubt I will move in the future, but I would like to thank Roy for helping me on both occasions.
