My husband and I just met Tony and Joey with Redline Septic. We were very impressed with their service. I can't remember the other young man's name but all three were very nice. They talked in detail about our problems. Come to find out the pipe going into the septic tank was clogged. The tank did not need to be pumped out nor did we need another new drain field. Great to work with and efficient! The price is also great!!!
Had no issues with septic tank. Just wanted to be proactive to eliminate any problems that could occur. Septic Tank had never been pumped out. Tony explained even though my septic tank looked good, if you didn't have it pumped out you could have a issue some day with sludge getting high enough in tank to stop up your drain field line. Tony and his helper were very friendly and knowledgeable about septic tank systems.
The two men that came to our house did a super job! They popped the top on our tank and had to remove a clog, snaked it out and out came the water. Now any other person would of said okay sir your good to go, but not these fellows. They assumed there was another issue with my drain, kept working at it and believe it or not out comes a softball!!! Just by these guys not taking the easy way out goes a long way in our book! It's never convenient when the septic decides to act up. It nice to know that when it does, you can call Redline Septic and they respond on time.
