I do not write reviews very often, but in the 37 years I have lived in this house I have had the septic tank pumped numerous times and have dealt with most of the local companies. Normally they show up way late, if at all, rush to get the hose in the tank, suck the water off the top and would leave then if I let them. I have to argue with them to get them to flush from the truck back into the septic tank to agitate it enough to pick up at least some of the heavy sludge. I see a lot of great reviews for this place but maybe I got the wrong person to come out or somebody lying for them because if I could give a half of a star I would. He didn’t do everything he was suppose to do and when I called about it they wanted to charge me again. Only use this service for a quick fix.
