Every person I spoke to, from the person who answered the phone, to the department person I was transferred to, the last person I spoke to all lack customer service skills and was flat and had an attitude. Really disappointed that there isn't better training on how to have an inviting greeting or approachable attitude, especially being a faith-driven organization.
