I had an awful Experience with this photographer in the past. Definitely deserves 0 stars. Made the whole first time maternity picture session very stressful who wanted to originally cancel but then decided she’s well enough to keep the appt when I said I wanted a refund. She’s rude and condescending. Every time I asked for an update about the pictures she says I’m harassing her and that she’s very busy and had slot of other pictures to finish before me or some other excuses (family, health, other clients, etc). Do yourself a favor and pick another photographer. I have been waiting for photos for 5 months now with no hope in sight. When you can get the owner of the business on the phone she is so incredibly rude and provides little hope of a resolution to this problem. She is blaming me as to why she is not able to get her work done. That I am harrassing her. A friend recommended us and we both are now in the same situation where we are waiting for our pictures. It's been about 6 months since out shoot and she has yet to hand over our pictures. Not too sure how long it's been for my friend but its close to the same time frame. Everytime we call for an update, she seems so VERY busy and she tells us please be little more patient. Every Single time for the last 3-4 months. WHERE ARE OUR PICTURES?? Apparently, She is backed up so it can't be just us....
