i only gave them 1 star because 0 was not an option. Bought 6 dining room chairs from them. One broke approx 2 years ago after only being a couple of years old. Now another has broken the same way---entire backrest splintered. I will let you decide what you think but i am going to buy all new chairs from another company. I fear someone getting hurt if i do not.

The turn around time is outstanding... I was told my custom furniture order would arrive in 10 weeks and it arrive in 6 week- just in time for the holidays!
