Do NOT buy from this company unfortunately or the Veito heater. My husband is smaller business and loves to support local and the response when our heater completely died in a year is shocking. “$140 + GST to just assess what is wrong” plus 4-6 weeks for a repair. I bought coffee machine at the Home and Garden Show. First of all the price was really good. After my mistake it stop making coffee, so I called the customer service and ask for advice. Lady on the phone told me what to do and it works. She knows how to help the customers and that makes a big difference .Thank you and keep up the good work.
Such fast delivery on top of great service. I made a mistake with the color of my heater when ordering, and they replaced my order at no cost and so quickly. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company without hesitation.
Great customer service! Had an issue with a retro gaming console. They were quick to respond and even sent a new one free of charge. They also allowed me to keep the old one so I got 2 for the price of 1. Redfern Enterprises is a great company to deal with. They truly offer great service after the sale. Highly recommend.
I bought an air cooler at the Redfern exhibit booth at the Calgary Stampede. While the product was not suitable for our use once we set it up in our home, we found the return process helpful, easy, and completely fair. We could conveniently return it to the nearby Calgary location. Long distance returns might be more complicated. That said, I was very pleased with Redfern and I wish other retailers were as transparent and delightful to deal with.
