Purchased Qooks cookware at Toronto Home Show. Followed instructions and pan appears burnt. Update one: inital response from company was to replace the pan then they changed their mind. They instructed using a hard spoung (which I already tried). Now they are saying this happens with these pans when searing a steak at high temputure (all I did was heat oil in the pan as instructed) I'm feeling blamed and gaslite for using the pan. I had purchased the Rocket Ultra Spin Mop from a Home Show. After a couple of uses, the microfiber mop head ripped and would get caught on the brush in the mop bucket. Knowing that the product would still be within the warranty window, I emailed customer service, included pictures, explained the situation and never received a response.
