Redeye has great sales (even with the hidden admin fee). They are prompt and efficient at processing orders and delivery of those orders. Having said that, Redeye is basically outsourcing all of their admin work to the customer. We spend too much time navigating and reporting things on their b2b site that their own admin people should be doing (like a record with a defect sent to us that we need to return).
