Sharon is amazing! I have been scared of needles since I was a kid. I found out I needed to have surgery and knew there was no way I could have an IV in for it. I reached out to Sharon to see if she could help. She answered all my questions and wasn’t pushy at all. It was nice to have someone that wasn’t just trying to get money even if it wasn’t for me. I’ve worked with Sharon twice—once for a long-time throat-clearing habit and later for weight loss. The throat clearing took a bit more work, but it was worth it. After sticking with the sessions, the habit is completely gone and hasn’t come back. When I returned for help with weight loss, I had another great experience and during my time working with her I lost significant weight and feel much more in control of my habits. I went to Redesigned Mind a little over 11 months ago and it has been a life changer for me. I was a smoker for 36 years and I haven't touched a cigarette in all this time and it made felt so easy. I haven't struggled with cravings and I feel so much healthier and happier not to mention the money I save is a bonus. I am so happy I met Sharon and would recommend her to anyone needing help with any issue they have.
