I had a great experience working with Sharon using hypnotherapy for balance and walking issues I was experiencing. I had tried "traditional" talk therapy in the past to try and work through the anxiety and fear brought on by my balance and walking issues without consistent results. I had a great experience with Sharon! I did Neurolinguistic Programing and had great results in 4 seasons. Sharon was very knowledgeable and tried different techniques that worked better for me. I am very pleased and I'll highly recommend Sharon as a therapist.
Sharon is amazing! I have been scared of needles since I was a kid. I found out I needed to have surgery and knew there was no way I could have an IV in for it. I reached out to Sharon to see if she could help. She answered all my questions and wasn’t pushy at all. It was nice to have someone that wasn’t just trying to get money even if it wasn’t for me. I’ve worked with Sharon twice—once for a long-time throat-clearing habit and later for weight loss. The throat clearing took a bit more work, but it was worth it. After sticking with the sessions, the habit is completely gone and hasn’t come back. When I returned for help with weight loss, I had another great experience and during my time working with her I lost significant weight and feel much more in control of my habits.
