I was sent to Ryan and had been told by other doctors and therapists that I needed surgery and was going to be out for my entire season. With Ryan’s help, I did not have to get surgery, played all 53 games for my college, and now have made a full recovery. Without Ryan and his support, I would not be in the position I am now and my career would likely be over.

Ryan helped my son with his right shoulder. He worked on strengthening the shoulder muscles, which greatly improved my son's pitching speed and accuracy. I highly recommend Ryan as a physical therapist and for performance training!!

My daughter started going to Redemtion about two years ago. Her changes and progress are undeniable. As an athlete she is much stronger, faster and agile. Most importantly, Ryan Brown’s training regimen, customized to her specific needs, has been instrumental in helping her avoid injury. This was one of the best decisions we ever made in her athletic career.

I had terrible shoulder impingement that previous physical therapy couldn’t solve. I was ready to get surgery and they referred me to Redemption. I was skeptical that anything could be done. Ryan took the time to understand my injury, goals, and needs and set me up with a sport-specific program. The 1:1 attention and program not only solved my issue, but my shoulder has never felt stronger. Ryan also took the time to incorporate other exercises to prevent chronic injuries I’ve had. This has honestly been life changing. I was... read more
