I would have to agree! They also have an awesome customer service department. We had a problem with my couch, my son had sat down a little too hard on it and it needed repair. Realizing it was our fault I called and spoke to their customer service manager. She was kind and courteous, sent a very professional man to my home to look at it for me at no charge, and gave us a heck of a deal on the repair. They even picked it up & returned it to us! The couch is great now and I couldn't be happier.
