Pauline is absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed her attention to detail when stretching or massaging based on what’s needed. I had back and neck pain causing regular headaches, but after just 1 visit I feel so much better, and my muscle soreness has pretty much gone. Pauline worked through a range of stretches and exercises to help keep my pain away. She is such a lovely and friendly person who definitely knows what she's doing. I highly recommend her to anyone..
Can highly recommend Pauline. She is thorough with consultation and after treatment exercises to help with strengthening problem areas. It's definitely not a one treatment fixes all with Pauline at Redefined. 10/10 would refer anyone to her that is struggling with pain or movement.
I was very happy with the treatment I received and she knew exactly what she was doing. She explained why the pain was there and tailor made an exercise plan for me to take home. Service was impressive. Will be going back.
