Just love ReDefined.... Love the supportive environment and the holistic approach to health and fitness. The instructors are knowledgeable, approachable and above all helpful.
As an active retiree this gym not only provides expert training across strength, pilates and yoga it is a place of connectedness, friendliness and laughter. The brain and soul gets a good workout at the same time as the body. Best gym Ive been to in 30 years.
Amazing gym. Been here for years and luv it. Very helpful if you have medical issues but still want to be healthy/fit.
