La Toshia does an amazing job. She is a true professional and really cares about her clients. She has helped me find relief in my low back and tight muscles that need a little extra attention. Can’t recommend her enough!

La Toshia is one of the best, if not the best, massage therapist in the Des Moines metro. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and leaves you feeling relaxed and less stressed. She knows what’s hurting or off when I walk in the door.
Amazing massage! La Toshia is a great listener and gave the just right amount t of pressure to give me a massage that felt amazing but worked through a few issues I e had with back pain. She even talked me into cupping which was a fantastic addition to my massage!
