Terrible place, bad staff, i paid upfront for a PRP treatment, and they put me to do with a nurse practitioner who has no experience at all, was very painful, then i asked my money back because i don't want to do a treatment with a nurse, and they refunded to give me my money back. Waste of money. Don't waste your money and time going there. They just changed the address and name because the bad reviews they have, and they still doing a horrible service.
Don't go to this place, is horrible, i paid a lot money for a treatment with a doctor, but they don't have a doctor to do the treatment, they put me do the treatment with a nurse practitioner who has no experience at all, she did all wrong , i felt a lot pain. I asked to cancel the treatment i paid in full but they refunded to give me my money back. Was a lot stress. Never go to this place, is wasted of money.

AVOID this office! There is a reason he is on Groupon. Dr Ashraf has a public complaint for running offices with unlicensed staff. He has a practice up in Lake City (Born Again Doctor) where he messed my sister's face up. She is terrified to go back, had a plastic surgeon fix the threads that were poking out of her face. Thought it was and Urgent Care Facility.. Turns out to be something else . They at no moment indicated that they were Sculpting physician not a medical physicians for your health . Example: cold or flu symptoms That's not good if you aren't clear with patient calling thinking your a provider. Thank you
