Mr. Steen recently was a panel member for my termination from the State of Tennessee. He upheld my termination. My issue is he’s an attorney and doesn’t know basic ADA laws. I have a disability and requested a reasonable accommodation to return to work. I said that the entire hearing and his only reply was he hoped that I would find work elsewhere.
