Super helpful and got my brakes working great for me!!
Highly recommend. We rented snowshoes for the family (husband, wife, 11 years, 9 years). Easy rental experience. Clerk was super helpful, fast, and very informative. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Was set to go backpacking last spring in the trinity Alps right after memorial weekend w/ some friends. We needed to rent and pickup a few essentials before we headed out. Owner was unreasonably friendly, generous, and helpful even after getting his butt kicked with one of the busiest weekends of the year for him & his shop. They have a lot of cool stuff. And they sell snowboards, but you can’t stand on them. At least that’s what they told me. That’s the first time I’ve ever heard of that in any snowboard shop that I’ve been to in the 40 years of snowboarding that I have done. How are you supposed to even decide on a snowboard if you can’t stand on it? Lame kooks. Shop elsewhere when you want to look at snowboards, this place is Kookville, USA. But I’ll get my board waxed here again…not.
