Drive 3 hours from the Bay Area to mountain bike in the area only to discover my front brake was dead. These folks had me fixed up real quick, but the kicker is that this store and its employees are awesome. I can only describe it as a mini REI and they have some great sales and selection as well. Instead of last minute trips to my local REI when coming up to backpack Lassen or the Trinities, I’m coming here.
FIRST RETURN: So I bought a flashlight from them and it did not work. The nex day I went to return it and was told they would need to warranty it out and if the manufacture did not warranty it they would give me my money back or let me exchange it. This is something I have never experienced anywhere else as every other place I go to it is an instant return no questions.
