Took my e-bike in for a flat tire replacement on the back tire. Super friendly super helpful and then we're finished with the bike in 2 hours. I was a walk-in customer. Thank you
Horrible customer service! I called to ask questions about a front derailer and was transferred to the service department, the dude that answered was super rude and treated me like an idiot for not knowing everything there is to Know about bikes. Definitely do not come here if you’re new to the sport and need guidance
