Was charged a $100 for an incomplete repair. I was told my phone was not repairable, but still cost $100. I took my phone to Lightning in Redding who completed the repair for free! Redding Smart Repair took advantage of me!
I had an older IPhone that was in need of a new battery, I tried Batteries Plus and was asked for my password. I trust no one with that so being a Verizon customer I took it to our local store on Hilltop. They don’t repair and sent me to Smart Repair. The young man I talked with was very friendly and helpful. No password needed. It took him a couple of hours and it was done. I would recommend the business all my friends
