The technician who helped me was extremely knowledgeable. At first, he wasn’t sure whether the problem was with the motherboard or the screen. He didn’t have a replacement screen in stock, but he ordered one that arrived in less than 24 hours. He explained that if replacing the screen didn’t fix the issue, I would only be charged a diagnostic fee.
