Called him on a closed day and he answered anyway. Setup a rental for a week. The owner is extremely nice and willing to work with you on time frames. RV was clean and everything worked. We had a mishap with the awning hitting a pole. We called him and let him know, we came up with a temporary solution and were able to get back to Redding. He was very polite and professional about the mishap and was reasonable about fixing it. Definitely recommend renting from them, very easy process. Definitely five stars.
