Needed to get some papers served and reviewed the info and this company met my needs. Called. No answer. So, I left a message. Was not called back. Went to the listed address in Redding, CA. No sign. No indication that there was an office. Again, what they offered fit what I needed. Also, web information stated they were open 24 hours. No indication any of the above is true. Hopefully, the company can remedy my critique.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired this company to serve a court order that needed proof of service returned. I asked specially if I would get the proof of service because of the one prior negative review stating that they had not filed proof of service. The company made excuses for why that may have happened and told me that mine would be filed. They had three weeks to file the proof of service after serving the other party in the case. Unfortunately, I have been put in a position to change my review based on the following Very-Important circumstances... When ordering the service with minimal time in the day , they made successful service before 4pm that same day.
