After I got injured at work I went to a few doctors and a chiropractor, all of them agreed I was injured and hurting. But I felt like a card getting shuffled in a deck with my comp adjuster. I was super stressed about my Work Comp claim. Shasta County had hired an attorney and I was trying to do the process myself. I had injured my back at work. I knew I had special presumptions being a peace officer and thought there was nothing to it. Boy was I wrong. I talked to Redding Law Offices who knew all the presumptions and the right way to move my claim forward. I recently fell at work. I went to see Dr. Kikuchi at ROMC. He told me there was nothing wrong and to go back to work. I couldn't move the next day. When I called the doctor, all he did was add pain medication. It was at this point, I realized I needed an attorney. Redding Law Offices was able to change my doctor, and get me into Dr. Hansen.
