Help just sits and do not help the public need to get new public staff that want to help the public.
Gee I wonder why you only have 1 star? Watched a video of a photographer exercising his 1st amendment right walk in to see 3 ladies standing around DOING NOTHING and laughing as he walked in and immediately demanded he turn the camera off. Would that be because you don't want tax payers seeing their money wasted on employees having social hour on the clock by chance? MAYBE GO BACK TO WORK and you wouldn't have an issue of being recorded doing absolutely nothing but having "girl time"
