Never very crowded friendly tellers, my favorite bank. My other bank Chase I hate them and try to do all my business here
My account number was changed 3 months ago during the holidays. I am 73 years old and have been I’ll with Covid and still am recovering. Because Columbia chose to change my account number, I had to try to remember all of my automatic payments, so I could try to notify them. I have 3 deposits every months from Social Security, State of California and the Department of Defense. It was a difficult task for me me to do all of the notifications of the account number change.
