Absolutely awful customer service. They’ve failed twice on my vanity delivery. Home Depot uses them for delivery and I’ll need to look elsewhere because of Reddaway.
Great service. I'm flabbergasted at all the bad reviews as I have had the pleasure of using this service and everything went smoothly. The drivers were friendly and very helpful.
I do pick up some deliveries here as a driver the people I've dealt with have been very nice and helpful
Had me call off work for a delivery. Last minute canceled delivery until tomorrow so I have to take two days off. Extremely unprofessional . If I had a option I would cancel with this company. I didn't order anything from them. Grizzly chose to use this company.
Had a scheduled window of 12-4pm. Called center to be told that shipment was 2 hours at least behind. So much fornpayind almost 300 for shipping. You would think at that cost it would be on time!
