Customer service on the phone I must say was excellent, they answer the phone quickly and take care any issues without any problems.
The busses are normally ok. They advertise charging stations but some of the busses do NOT have any. Some of the bus drivers are rude as hell: you really need to do some customer service training for these drivers. It’s your job to drive the bus if you don’t like it find a new job. This bald Spanish dude driving was rude when getting my suit cases.
