Terrible “service.” I booked a premium service and paid extra, only to be switched to a horrible Caribbean bus just hours before departure. The “solution” was a $7 voucher for the downgrade (which I haven’t even received) so I could continue using their “service” and risk the same thing happening on another trip the next day. Customer service is a disaster and they take no responsibility. Never again! Pésimo “servicio”. Terrible experience. I paid for a premium service twice, and both times they downgraded me without notice. No transparency, no proper compensation, and very poor customer support. I will not be using RedCoach again — avoid if you expect to get what you actually pay for.
Red coach for me always best love it safe comfortable ride driver nice good co.
Bus was on time, it was a good trip. Bus stop was right next to the entrance , on the gas station parking lot
