Worst ride ever.i will enumerate ;old bus,filthy bathroom,TV inoperable ,Rude and obnoxious driver(Oscar)when I finally asked his name .,many unnecessary stops.,driver never explained seating (no numbers over the seat).My ride from Tallahasse to Miami was late by one hour.

I liked the red coach alot ! very nice experince , great buses . they are really comfy and the seats are really big . makes you wanna go straight to sleep. in no time i was at my dersired location . it was a 5 hour trip from miami to tampa but it sure felt like a 2 hour trip with all the amendities and luxury . I will be using red coach for along time to come !

Red Coach is a service that I love. I’m from Miami but I travel to Orlando at least three times a month to visit my grandkids. The prices are affordable and they have certain discounts that apply to me. The seats on the bus are incredible they are more comfortable then my own couches at home. You could put up your legs and it also has a desk to put your computer if you want to surfer the web or do work. They also play movies, its one comfortable ride. I used the RedCoach bus service from Miami to Tallahassee and back because I attend FSU; theres a stop conveniantly on campus and an office terminal in Miami where I usually wait to be picked up by mom parents which has TV's and has a coffee shop feel with wifi! The ride was flawless with the most comfortable seats I have ever been in; I did not feel the 9 hour trip at all (I was able to sleep most of the time though ;)). I will be coming back down on Thanksgiving break!!

I rode Red Coach for the first time from Miami to Orlando upon my airplane arrival from Texas; it was the BEST bus experience I have ever had. Previously, I have traveled through Greyhound but it has not been the best time with rude bus drivers, a shady crowd, and unpleasant passengers. Red Coach is the complete opposite with better prices, more comfortable chairs, AND free Wi-Fi. I loved it and will be taking it back from Orlando to Miami.
