This is the ABSOLUTE worst bus company there is. PLEASE dont ever get tickets for this bus company. Took a bus from San Antonio to Dallas and that was fine, but the bus ride from Dallas to San Antonio was absolutely horrifying! Tell me why, they delay the bus & don't tell the passengers how long the delay is. They have people standing at the stop for 2+ hours with 0 communication! I do not received my ticket even though I called them four times before my traveling date.
AUSTIN TO DALLAS. 9/4/22. DEPART 0900...Bus dirty, had to clean seat myself. Cup tray doesn't hold items securely. Driver hit brakes and everything fell to the floor. Driver speeding and distracted by reading note pad while driving. Only good things... I'm not driving, leg rest, USB ports.
